• Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise GPS location data to connect you with nearby collection centres, deliver BV Quick orders, and provide localised mandi rate information.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID), and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Pages or screens visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, search queries, transaction history, and app interaction logs.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and clickstream data collected via server logs.

• Mandi Rates & Market Intelligence: To provide you with real-time and historical mandi price data tailored to your geographic location and the crops you cultivate.
• Credit Assessment & Financial Services: To evaluate eligibility for Kisan Credit Cards, crop loans, and insurance products offered through our banking and NBFC partners. Your agricultural profile, income data, and credit history are used solely for this purpose and shared only with your explicit consent.
• Personalisation: To tailor product recommendations, relevant agricultural advisories, and promotional offers based on your farming profile and usage behaviour.
• Marketing & Communications: To send you newsletters, promotional offers, platform updates, and notifications about new features. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Analytics & Improvement: To understand how our Platform is used, diagnose technical issues, and continuously improve our services.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) norms mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory bodies.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients:

4.1 Third-Party Service Partners
